Judge: Don’t touch evidence

Says‘status quo’ to be maintained until new special prosecutor named

WINDOW ROCK — In a case District Court Judge Carol Perry characterized earlier this week as “highly political,” Perry ruled Friday that no Navajo Nation financial documents in Administration Building 1 shall be moved, removed or destroyed without permission of the court.
